The entity responsible for the processing of personal data is AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V., with its registered address at Allende #8, Pueblo de San Lucas Xolox, Municipality of Tecámac, State of Mexico, Mexico.

The purpose of this document is to protect the integrity, confidentiality, and security of the information that may be shared, received, or generated during the business relationship with AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V., ensuring proper handling in accordance with applicable legislation and the company’s internal security policies.

USE AND PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATIONUSE AND PROTECTION OF CONFIDENTIAL INFORMATION

Business partners, suppliers, or affiliates of AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V. agree not to disclose, copy, transfer, or improperly use any confidential information to which they may have access.

Confidential information shall be understood as any information related to the processes, strategies, operations, documentation, technical, commercial, financial, or any other type of information belonging to AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V., as well as any information expressly designated as confidential.

NON-DISCLOSURE OBLIGATION

Business partners must:

• 1. Maintain strict confidentiality regarding all information to which they have access.
• 2. Adopt reasonable protection measures to prevent unauthorized access, use, or disclosure.
• 3. Not share, transfer, or communicate such information to third parties unless expressly authorized in writing by AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V.
• 4. Refrain from using confidential information for their own benefit or for the benefit of any third party.

PROHIBITIONS

• 1. Disclosing or using confidential information for purposes unrelated to the business relationship with AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V.
• 2. Obtaining personal, financial, or any other type of benefit through the improper use of confidential information.
• 3. Disclosing information to competitors or unrelated entities without proper authorization.

Business partners hereby declare, under oath, that they agree to:

• 1. Maintain the confidentiality and secrecy of all shared information.
• 2. Not disclose, in whole or in part, the information obtained to any third party.
• 3. Not use the information for their own benefit or for the benefit of third parties.
• 4. Not forward documents, emails, or files belonging to AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V. without authorization.
• 5. Maintain confidentiality regarding any matter that comes to their knowledge as a result of the business relationship.

COPYRIGHT AND INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

In accordance with Articles 1, 3, 4, 13, and other applicable provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, it is hereby stated that all documentation, materials, processes, logos, designs, trademarks, software, databases, manuals, and any other intellectual or creative elements generated by AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V., or developed in collaboration with its business partners, are the exclusive property of AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V.

Their use, reproduction, distribution, or modification without the company’s express prior written authorization is strictly prohibited.

LIABILITY FOR BREACH

In the event of a breach of the obligations set forth herein, AGEX Cargo Group S. de R.L. de C.V. may exercise the corresponding legal actions to protect its rights and interests, in accordance with the provisions of the Federal Copyright Law, the Federal Law on the Protection of Personal Data Held by Private Parties, and the Federal Criminal Code, when the conduct constitutes a criminal offense.
